RoPE METEOR / PUPPY HAMMER

Guide · Performance

Two heads, one line of light.

RoPE METEOR / PUPPY HAMMER joins two heads with a semi-static rope full of digital light. The heads are POI or DART type, depending on your configuration. You control it with the button or the app and can sync it with other props.

  • Semi-static rope

A semi-static rope with a PVC textile braid joins the heads.

  • Two heads

Each end has a POI or DART type head, depending on your configuration.

  • Powerful heads

Two high-power RGB LEDs light up the head.

  • Digital light rope

Every LED in the rope is controlled individually, so movement creates pixel patterns.

  • Button and app

Switch it on with the button. Control it with the button or in the app.

  • Custom modes

Edit modes in the app or create your own.

  • Props in sync

Props sync with each other over a 2.4 GHz network and play together.

  • Repairable rope

A repair kit with two sets is available, one for each head.

Technical specifications (lengths, weights, runtime) are on the product page in the e-shop. This guide is about using the product.

Charging over USB-C

Plug the USB-C cable from the box into the charging port and the other end into a USB charger.

  • On the charger the METEOR charges, stays switched on and can light up.
  • Charging takes about 2 hours with a 2 A charger and up to 4 hours with a weaker one.
  • After charging, put the USB cover back on the port.

Syncing several props

Props sync with each other over a 2.4 GHz network, and a phone, tablet or computer controls them together over Bluetooth.

The METEOR comes with preset light animations you can use as they are.

  • Custom modes in the app

Edit modes in the app or create your own.

  • Playing together

The METEOR goes dark when unplugged from the charger

Section titled “The METEOR goes dark when unplugged from the charger”

That is expected. When you unplug the USB cable, the charging chip restarts and the circuit switches off. Switch the METEOR on with the button.

The METEOR does not light up even after pressing the button

Section titled “The METEOR does not light up even after pressing the button”

Connect it to the charger — on the charger it is switched on and can light up. Let it charge (about 2 hours with a 2 A charger), unplug it and switch it on with the button. If it still does not light up, email us with a short video: pressing the button on the charger and after unplugging.

Send us a short video that shows when the side goes dark (while spinning, after an impact, after pressing the button). We will agree on the next steps based on it.

Check that the METEOR is switched on (after unplugging, switch it on with the button), that Bluetooth is on and that you are close by. More tips in app troubleshooting.

You can repair the rope with the RoPE METEOR repair kit. Email us and we will advise you how to proceed.

Try a restart: connect the device to the charger, unplug the cable after a moment (the circuit switches off) and switch it on with the button. Details in Restart and reset.
